Vantage Leads
Effective Date: July 31, 2026Protecting your privacy is a priority for Vantage Leads (referred to in this Policy as “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate vantage-leads.com along with the related landing pages, quote forms, and microsites we own and use to generate consumer inquiries (collectively, the “Site”), and we handle visitor and user information securely, confidentially, and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we gather, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It also applies to any data captured through promotional pages or forms on third-party platforms (such as Facebook or Instagram) that link to or reference this Policy.
This Policy covers two groups of people. Consumers are individuals who submit a quote request, inquiry, or contact form on one of our properties seeking a home service, moving, real estate, or financing quote. Business users are representatives of companies who visit vantage-leads.com to learn about, request pricing for, or purchase leads from us. Where a section applies to only one group, we say so.
Use of the Site indicates your agreement with the practices outlined here, as well as our Terms and Conditions, available at https://vantage-leads.com/terms-and-conditions/. If these terms are unacceptable to you, please do not continue using the Site.
1. What Information We Gather
Vantage Leads is a lead generation company. We generate consumer inquiries in-house through our own media buying and owned properties, and we deliver those inquiries in real time to businesses that purchase them. Delivering this service requires us to collect certain information, described below.
Data You Submit Directly — Consumers
When you fill out forms, complete questionnaires, or submit quote requests on the Site, the following may be collected:
- Contact details: Your full name, postal address, email, and telephone number (including mobile).
- Project information: Specifics about your home improvement, repair, installation, moving, property sale, or financing needs — such as project type, scope, timeline, budget range, and property condition.
- Optional household details: Information you choose to provide (such as homeownership status, household size, or property type) that helps us route your inquiry more accurately.
- Consent records: The date, time, IP address, page URL, and consent language shown at the moment you submitted your request, retained as a record of your submission.
Data You Submit Directly — Business Users
- Business contact details: Company name, contact name, business email, business telephone number, service area, and the verticals you are interested in.
- Account and delivery details: CRM endpoints, delivery email addresses or numbers, filter preferences, and similar configuration data.
- Billing data: Payment card or bank details, collected only when a transaction is processed and handled by our payment processors.
We collect this information only when you choose to share it with us.
Data Gathered Automatically
While you browse, our systems and our service providers automatically capture:
- Technical identifiers: Your IP address, browser, operating system, device type, and unique device IDs.
- Behavioral data: Pages viewed, time spent, navigation paths, referral sources, advertising click identifiers, and click patterns.
- Cookies and similar tools: Pixels, web beacons, server logs, and tracking technologies that support functionality, measurement, advertising, attribution, and personalization.
We may also generate aggregated, anonymized data sets to identify patterns and improve our campaigns and lead quality. We do not knowingly gather sensitive information (such as exact geolocation or health data) unless it is voluntarily shared and directly relevant to your request.
2. How Your Information Supports Our Service
Information collected through the Site is used for the following purposes:
- Routing and delivering your inquiry to a business in the relevant industry that can quote or provide the service you requested.
- Following up on your inquiry, confirming details, sending quotes or eligibility information, or conducting service-related surveys.
- Verifying and validating submissions, screening for duplicate or fraudulent entries, and maintaining lead quality.
- Operating, maintaining, and enhancing the Site and our campaigns through analytics, attribution, testing, and statistical review.
- Providing, billing for, and supporting the lead delivery services purchased by business users.
- Sharing relevant offers and information based on the interests you have expressed.
- Meeting our legal obligations, deterring fraud, and enforcing the terms that govern our services.
Communications From Us and From Businesses We Deliver To
Either we or the business that receives your inquiry may follow up with offers connected to the service you requested. These follow-ups are limited to the period reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service — typically up to 24 months — unless you continue actively engaging with us.
Telephone and Text Message Consent
When you provide your phone number and submit a form on the Site, you give express written consent for Vantage Leads and the business or businesses to whom your inquiry is delivered to contact you by telephone, prerecorded or artificial voice message, and text message (SMS/MMS), including those sent using automated technology, for marketing, informational, and service-related communications relating to your request. This consent applies even if your phone number appears on a Do Not Call list. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for assistance. You may revoke consent at any time using the methods described in Section 7.
3. When and With Whom We Share Information
We do not publish or market your personal information as a standalone product, and we do not sell consumer inquiries to open marketplaces or affiliate networks. To complete the service you have requested, however, certain disclosures are necessary:
- Purchasing businesses. When you submit a quote request, the information needed to evaluate, quote, and deliver service to you is transmitted to a business in the relevant industry. We sell each consumer inquiry on an exclusive basis to a single purchasing business unless disclosed otherwise at the point of collection.
- Each purchasing business is bound by contract to use your data solely to respond to the request you submitted, to maintain confidentiality, to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Do Not Call rules, and applicable privacy laws, to honor your opt-out requests, and to refrain from reselling or redistributing your information.
Other limited disclosures may occur:
- To service providers we engage for hosting, form delivery, call routing, analytics, advertising measurement, payment processing, customer support, and similar operations — each bound by confidentiality obligations.
- In connection with a corporate event such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.
- When disclosure is required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect our rights, the safety of our users, or the public, including good-faith efforts to detect and prevent fraud.
Aggregated and de-identified data may be used or shared for analytics, industry reporting, and marketing insight purposes.
4. State-Specific Privacy Rights
Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may exercise the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold.
- Right to delete personal information held by us, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
Notice regarding “sale” or “sharing” of personal information: Under the definitions in the CCPA/CPRA, our transfer of consumer inquiries to purchasing businesses in exchange for payment constitutes a “sale” of personal information, and our use of advertising and analytics technologies may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, contact us using the information in Section 11. We honor opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where technically feasible. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
Other State Residents
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and certain other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, and opt out of the processing of their personal information for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling purposes. To exercise any state-specific right, contact us using the information in Section 11. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and you may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to fulfill our legal obligations, to settle disputes, or to enforce applicable agreements. Typical retention periods include:
- Consumer inquiry data: up to 24 to 36 months from collection, with longer retention if you remain actively engaged or if law requires extended storage.
- Consent and TCPA records: retained for at least the period required to defend against claims under applicable telemarketing law, which may exceed the retention period for the inquiry itself.
- Business account and billing records: retained as required for tax, accounting, and audit purposes.
- Automatic technical data (such as logs and analytics): retained for shorter periods sufficient to support operations and security.
When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
6. Children’s Information
The Site is not intended for individuals under age 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not seek such information without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will promptly delete it. Children under 13 must obtain parental or guardian permission before using the Site.
7. Your Choices and How to Opt Out
- Email and SMS communications: Email info@vantage-leads.com or call 615-882-1127 to unsubscribe from communications or revoke prior TCPA consent. Include enough information to identify your submission. For text messages, reply STOP to any message to immediately stop further messages.
- Contact from a purchasing business: Each business manages its own opt-out process and maintains its own internal Do Not Call list. Reach out to that business directly to discontinue communications from them. If you tell us which business contacted you, we will pass along your request, but we cannot control their systems on your behalf.
- Opting out of sale or sharing: Submit a request using the contact details in Section 11, or use a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control.
- Cookies and tracking: Adjust your browser settings or use our cookie banner (where displayed) to manage tracking preferences. Note that disabling certain cookies may limit Site features.
Because we transmit your inquiry to a purchasing business within seconds of submission, an opt-out or deletion request received afterward will stop our own future use, but cannot recall information already delivered. Choosing to opt out may reduce our ability to deliver the quotes or offers you requested.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We maintain appropriate physical, technical, and administrative protections to guard your information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Safeguards include encryption where appropriate, role-based access controls, restricted delivery endpoints, and routine security reviews.
While we apply commercially reasonable measures, no method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure. In the unlikely event of a confirmed data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
9. External Links and Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties, including advertising platforms and the businesses that purchase our leads. Those websites are governed by their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content, security, or how they handle your information. Please consult their privacy policies before submitting data on those sites.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. The current version will always be posted on the Site with the effective date noted. When changes materially affect previously collected information, we will provide reasonable notice — such as email or prominent posting on the Site — and, where appropriate, request your consent or offer an opt-out.
